everything about this property was PERFECT! the time we entered the hotel this was jaw dropping reception with huge celings and the most amazing chandeliers , this hotel is attached to the WAFI mall , incredible! accessible to the Metro Dubai healthcare city ( 5 min walk ) , Dubai Mall 10 mins drive away . The hotel rooms were super spacious with the upmost cleanliness! this hotel was super comfortable. the staff at this hotel were so professional, friendly, welcoming, polite and most of all very helpful - I would like to say a big thank you to ABHAY, SABINA, RODRICK,SAIF and all ( breakfast staff ) who went above and beyond to make all our mornings perfect , they remembered our breakfast order likes / dislikes , a special thanks to ABHAY for the extra care and remembering how I like my cappuccino! big thanks to all housekeeping staff ! the front of house staff to a brilliant job too, I would like to say a huge thanks to the shuttle driver MR ASAD Who was so so pleasant. professional at all times and drove us many times to the Dubai mall ( complimentary shuttle ) . thank you to all the Front of House staff - very helpful, welcoming 😃 I can say that we throughly enjoyed our stay here - we will definitely be back here again no doubt , we have recommended you to family & friends

Everything. The staff were amazing, every worker greeted us with a smile. The decor and rooms were stunning, plenty of space for the kids to play. We loved breakfast every morning and one particular staff always went out of his way to help us and get our drinks, Satish. There are people that do their job and there are those that love their job and this shows in most of the staff at Sofitel. Shahnaz at kids club was amazing with our children so much so they did not want to leave. Our stay was beautifully finished with a lovely spa at Loccitane and the Bijou Patisserie afternoon tea did not fail expectations. We loved our lunches by the pool as did the kids.

I like how they treat us, how they made sure that Our Room was perfectly clean and organised. There was also a time when we needed our food which we bought outside the hotel and needed to reheat it but since we didn’t have microwave in our room. They reheat it for us and served it very well. I like how the Receptionist and the Staff were very approachable and friendly.I like how spacious our room was and how we were welcomed with some sweets on our room. I like how the location was just nearby our spot to tour and how they always manage to have available taxis right away.

The club floor facilities and particularly the lounge. The food at the afternoon tea was exceptional. The pre-dinner drinks were. Exceptional on one night and good the next night. Each day a complete change. Overall, though, the staff were superb. Particularly Charmaine on 51st floor reception. Articulate, service irritated and very capable. The staff were very well trained at every venue in the hotel.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was perfect, the room was capacious and a lot of light. the breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The hotel provides a free valet parking. Many thanks to Khalil and Bahaa for their kindness abs hospitality to ensure a swift check in and check out.
